  Sat in the store for over an hour while both T-Mobile employees couldn't get passed one customer. The worst part is we weren't even acknowledged or informed we would be waiting for two hours to be helped.

  Working in customer service means you GREET the customers coming on the door. Trevor is appalling, I had to interupt him from playing on his phone and was standing right in front of him before he acknowledged me, after I INTERRUPTED HIM....further along in our painful conversation we asked what the payment was and he, condecendingly, proceeded to explain what a payment is...NOT what is owed monthly...
